Playing Around

I’ve been playing around with the Theme options on wordpress, which I am woefully ill equipped to be doing, as I am not very tech savvy. So my blog has a new look, with some missing features that will take me some time to either mourn or fix by getting some technology learnin.’ Hopefully the changes aren’t too jarring for you. I also added a feature for readers to read the entire blog in their email if they wish, so they don’t have to click a link to my site to finish reading.

All this came about because I have time to play! I have a week off of work for Thanksgiving break and I just experienced a moment of pure joy, without worries, and a feeling of total relaxation which I am going to bottle and save for more stressful times.

Speaking of bottles, I remain alcohol free, so it’s been five months now. I am convinced it is helping to keep my moods stable, so I am thankful for the relative ease with which I’ve been able to abstain.

I hope, dear reader, that you are feeling well and enjoying what life has to offer now. I am filled with holiday cheer and have plenty to spread around if you are in need. Of course in the back of my mind I am hoping that won’t change. Such is the life with bipolar.
