About

Diagnosed with bipolar disorder 26 years ago at age 35. I survived the darkest nights and unyielding highs because of love, art, and choosing to stay. Here is what I wish I knew then, and what I am still learning.

I create artworksย  to untangle my own thoughts, process a feeling, or anchor myself in a moment, hoping that it will speak to others.
