Mood Tracking

I found a great article that includes a download of my favorite mood chart. It’s written by Sarah Lister, a psychologist in Australia. She writes eloquently about reasons for keeping a mood chart, and how to fill one out. If you are looking for an excellent tool to track your moods, check it out!

  1. Tracking is important!
I’ve seen this one before, even printed it out. I’m glad you’re able to use it – I could never be consistent. I use an app called Daylio which has a free version and gives me reminders and has a way to backup.

  2. I will check out Daylio, I am always looking for apps to see if they will stick for me. I tried T2 Mood tracker, but can’t seem to stay consistent with it. I am definitely old school when it comes to mood tracking!
