On the edge

Today I discovered when you are bipolar sick, time can stretch and slow down, and this is not a good thing to have happen while you are driving. All of a sudden the sounds from the music you are listening to crash together, and it causes a dizzying experience, so you have to just narrate your way home. I made it safe and sound, but I have never had that experience before, so I look back on it with curiosity. At the time I was rattled, because I had to be; that was a protective mechanism that we fortunately all share. Until we are completely over the edge, I suppose.

  1. I talk to myself pretty often when I’m driving. Maybe that’s why I like the back roads, much quieter and less traffic, less noise. Prettier too. I’m so glad you made it home safely. I do not have radio on either because it is distracting. Glad you understand you need to concentrate. Keep up the good work. It’s tough being green (or bi-polar)!
